If you are visiting Ubud you have to reserve this hotel. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are very nice. The overall atmosphere was alright.

Me and my lover stayed at the hotel for 7 nights to checking out the city. Villa Santai is located in an extremely central placement, it’s clean plus the beds are certainly comfortable! There is only one matter I might suggest going forward and that’s to provide additional hotel amenities, shower gel specifically. Over-all, We were very happy with this stay and would definitely suggest it to anyone looking to check out Ubud.

This hotel was truly centrally located and the personnel on the reception were there at every time. The beds were cozy and the other guests were being typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Pretty great hotel and fantastic area. I Definitely recommend Villa Santai!

Stayed for 3 nights with my spouse. Beds were being comfortable and the room was usually pretty clean. Staff members have been pretty handy and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel good. Rooms are large along with the closet. Bathroom have been clean and also the shower was good. Not an exceptionally social hotel at least during our stay.
